As a traveler in Monteverde, I had a fantastic stay at Cabinas Vista Al Golffo. I spent a few days exploring the area and the hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hot water and good shower pressure. The breakfast was delicious and easily accommodated my vegan diet. The hotel's quiet and relaxed atmosphere was a bonus. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Monteverde.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hostel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were much prettier and more spacious than the pictures showed. We were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast options were wonderful, and we also enjoyed being able to use the kitchen to cook our own meals. Another advantage was that towels were provided, which was a nice touch.
There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. The dorm room we were in did not have a window that could be opened, so there was no ventilation.

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy hotel in Monteverde. The private room I booked was charming and the double bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from downtown Santa Elena and the bus station. The staff, especially Marvin, were friendly and went out of their way to provide helpful information about the area. The communal areas of the hotel, including the living room, patio, and hammock, were great places to relax. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook or heat up meals. I highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more options available.

Included breakfast with a variety of options and fresh fruit. Three bathrooms to avoid shower queues. Homey feel, like sharing a flat with people rather than a hostel.
